RENTAL PRICE:

Price includes apartment rental per night, cable TV, internet, parking space, weekly change of bed linen and towels.

Tourist tax, Promotional tax and Insurance are not included in the price.

SUPPLEMENTS:

Tourist tax and Promotional tax:

Adult: 2,50 EUR / night

Children 7-18 yrs: 1,25 EUR / night

Stay of 3 nights or less is charged + 30% depending on selected period.

Final cleaning: 40,00 EUR 

DISCOUNTS:

All children under 2,99 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

BOOKING:

After confirmation of the availability it is necessary to pay on our bank account an advance of 30% to 50% of the total value of accommodation. Only after receivement of the advance payment the reservation is valid and confirmed! The balance should be received 3 days prior to the arrival at the apartment.

With the advance payment the tenant undertakes to use all devices in the apartment in accordance with instructions for safe use and care of equipment with due diligence. Any repairs required because of negligence or poor maintenance during the lease will be charged to the tenant.

With the advance payment the tenant confirms that he has read and agrees to General terms and conditions.

In case of cancellations no refund of any payment can be made unless otherwise agreed in advance in writing.

ARRIVAL:

The apartment is available for check-in at 15.00 on the day of your arrival.

DEPARTURE:

The apartment must be ready for check-out at 10.00 on the day of your departure.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Only persons that were specified in the inquiry and confirmed at the moment of booking are allowed to stay in the apartment. They should be present at check-in and registered with the police. Unregistered persons are not allowed to stay in the apartment! 

During high season the minimum stay is 7 nights and the change-over day is Saturday.

Pets are not allowed.
